We strongly encourage customers to check the parcel in front of the delivery person during delivery.

Exchange Policy :

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please inform us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

We will arrange an exchange and provide a replacement product.

Tags, packaging & accessories must remain intact

Exchange is only valid for defective or wrong items reported within 3 days.
